Our CNC Mission

“To help customers move from prototype to production with confidence through precision machining, process excellence, and dependable delivery.”

Operating CNC Machine

Our Story

My journey in manufacturing started at the bottom, working in the tool crib, learning the value of organization, tooling, preparation, and how much every small detail matters on a shop floor. From there, I worked my way into machining, setup, programming, and process improvement, building my skills through hands-on experience rather than theory alone.

Over the past 18 years, I have worked across the United States in a wide range of manufacturing environments, from high-volume production shops to aerospace manufacturers and small job shops. I have had the privilege of learning from some of the best machinists in the industry, while also seeing firsthand how poor processes, weak training, bad communication, and lack of structure can hold a shop back.

Those experiences shaped the way I look at manufacturing. I learned that successful shops are not built by simply buying more machines or hiring more people. They are built through strong systems, skilled employees, accurate programming, clear setup documentation, quality-focused processes, and leadership that understands what is happening on the floor.

After years of seeing both what works and what fails, I started Precision Prototyping LLC to help shops solve the problems that slow production down. My goal is to bring real-world shop floor experience directly to manufacturers that need better programming support, stronger processes, improved training, and practical solutions that actually work in production.

Precision Prototyping LLC was built to support shops from prototype to production with advanced CNC programming, process improvement, training systems, CAD/CAM support, post processor development, and quality-driven manufacturing consulting.

This company exists because I know what it feels like to be on the floor when jobs are late, machines are idle, programs are not ready, setups are unclear, and people are expected to succeed without the right tools or training. My mission is to help shops build systems that make success repeatable.

From Prototype to Production — With Confidence.
